Aequatis is led by two veterans in the project financing of complex energy infrastructure projects.

Co-Founder
Former Head of North America Project Financing for Goldman Sachs, Jean-Pierre has 20+ years of investment banking and investment experience in the power and energy sector. He has won multiple deal of the year awards for conventional power generation, renewables and LNG financings. Jean-Pierre has a BBA from HEC Montreal, an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business and is a CFA charterholder. He also sits on the board of Friends of HEC Montreal.

Ross Warner
Co-Founder
Former Head of North America Power Principal Investing and Investment Banking for Macquarie Capital, Ross has 20+ years of experience in the power and energy sectors. He has won multiple deals of the year awards for development investments and financings and managed a structured global emissions trading book for Credit-Suisse. Ross has a BA from Carleton College, and a JD from Columbia Law School, where he received the James Kent and Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar awards for academic achievement.
